Welcome to the Conference Bingo Challenge!
Join us for a fun and interactive way to engage with the 31st ISDRS Conference. Each day, complete a horizontal row on your Bingo card by spotting prompts during sessions, exhibits, or networking. Submissions count toward the Grand Championship leaderboard, and those who complete all rows can download the daily Bingo Champion badge. The top three participants on the leaderboard will receive a surprise prize, announced after the conference. This lighthearted activity offers a unique way to connect with the conference theme of Sustainability and Beyond while engaging with ideas and fellow attendees.
Instructions
- Download your Bingo card from the conference website below and keep it accessible on your phone or device.
- As you participate in sessions, exhibits, and networking breaks, mark any square when you encounter the corresponding prompt in a presentation, discussion, or activity. You can use any shape or color to mark the event.
- A valid Bingo consists of five marked squares in a single horizontal row (Rows A–E).
- Take one clear photo showing the completed row with all five squares visibly marked.
- Submit your entry using the designated Google Form.
- After submitting, you will see a confirmation message with a link to download the Bingo Champion badge. Please only claim the badge if you have completed all rows on your card. We trust your academic integrity and sense of fair play.

Grand Championship Instructions
- Continue submitting your daily Bingo entries with completed horizontal rows using the Google Forms provided throughout the conference.
- Each completed row earns points toward the Grand Championship leaderboard.
- The final deadline for all Bingo submissions is 4:00 PM on the last day of the conference.
- Winners will be announced after the event concludes.
