Oral presentations

Preparation for oral presentation: on-campus and on-line

If your submission has been accepted for an oral presentation at the Conference, please prepare a Powerpoint (or similar) presentation on the topic accepted for the conference and bring it to your session using a pen drive 10-15 minutes before the session start. A volunteer student will help you with preparing your file for presentation.

There will be approx. 15 minutes available for each presentation (depending on the number of presentations your session) and in each section time will be allocated for questions and answers.

You will receive time indications during the session. We will keep the time schedule tight in order to be fair to all presenters and keep the schedule moving smoothly.

Each session will take a hybrid format to allow for on-line presentations. If you are presenting on-line, please, make sure to join your session in time and that your equipment works fine.

There are no strict rules regarding the format and structure of the presentations, however, please, make sure to fit in the allocated time, that the information provided is clear, visible and well structured (i.e. includes an introduction to your topic, objectives, methodology, results and discussion, conclusions and implications as well as acknowledgements).
