Welcome drink

A welcome drink will be served at the end of the first day of the Conference (9 July, 2025). You do not have to sign up, just join us in the lobby of the Conference building for a glass of champaign and enjoy meeting old friends and finding new ones.

Gala dinner

A Gala Dinner will be organised after the scientific programme on the second day of the Conference (10 July, 2025). Please, join us if you registered for the event (or let us know if you did not, but decided to join later) and enjoy a fine dinner in the historic building of the University.

Sustainability Field Trips

ISDRS conferences traditionally offer a selection of exciting trips introducing the local cultural and natural heritage of the host city. Budapest has plenty of sights to discover and we selected three walking trips to explore classic sight and hidden gems. Participation in the walks are included in your registration fee, but you will have to indicate which trip you would like to join. For more information, click here, to choose a walk, click here.
